You know... "Professor Pericles," an evil mad scientist owl, was a former sidekick to the first iteration of Mystery Inc, over on the current Scooby Doo cartoon.

I’m not gonna lie, the promise shown by this page was half the reason I bought the Perfect Collection.Totally lived up to the expectation, too.
