I will admit to being initially offput by the Beast Wars, but the shows actually grew on me. It has surprising good stories and characters for the series.

Scorpinok: “I have infected Prime with a virus that will turn him into a spineless coward. Under his ineffectual leadership, the Maximals will be easy prey.”
Hyper-enraged in kill-them-all-and-let-Primus-sort-it-out mode busts through the wall, grabs Scorpinok pummels him into cartoon jelly, then bust through the other wall looking for more Predicons
Megatron: “Ah I see, Scorpinok. Your plan has come together so well. He has been so debilitated by fear and indecision that he merely, blasted through our defenses, pummeled my best lieutenants and you, into scrap, and is about to bring this base down on top of our head, single handedly, I might add. Now how, pray tell, do I turn him off?”

Oh, that was YOU!

I treasured a copy of this, years and several harddrives ago, loooong before I read Narbonic, and I never knew who was responsible for it. (Obviously I lost track of it after a while, or I'd have recognized your names. (Also it wasn't in the archives.))

So, yay! I can finally tell you how great it is. :D It is pretty darn great!
